We were founded in the South, and some things just stick with you.

Be gracious. Have some manners. Treat people with dignity. Make people feel welcome. Be generous when you can. And if the lady at church reaches into her purse to hand you a piece of candy, you take it and say thank you.

That spirit is part of Tantrum.

We believe you can do serious work without taking yourself too seriously. You can challenge someone's thinking without belittling them. You can disagree without being disagreeable. And you can be demanding about the work while still treating the people doing it with respect.

But being sweet doesn't mean being a pushover.

We protect our people. We expect our clients to treat our team with the same dignity and respect we give them. Great relationships require both.
