Opening Doors to Creative Careers
For many students, creative careers feel invisible. They may have the curiosity, imagination, and potential to succeed in advertising or design, but they rarely have access to the mentors, experiences, or industry connections that make those careers feel possible.
Partnering with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Tantrum created Lacuna, an immersive program designed to introduce high school students to the world of creativity through real projects, industry mentorship, and hands-on experience. More than a classroom initiative, Lacuna became a bridge between education and the creative industry, helping students see new possibilities for their futures.
