Allison Peden is a Senior Designer at Tantrum Agency with a multidisciplinary background spanning brand strategy, web design, and creative problem-solving. Her work brings together business thinking, cultural awareness, and systems-based design, allowing her to create brand experiences that are both strategically grounded and visually engaging.

Allison earned dual degrees in Management Information Systems and International Affairs from the University of Georgia. She began her career in nonprofit youth development, where she saw firsthand how thoughtful communication and design can shape real experiences for real people. She later earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Design through the Miami Ad School and Furman University, combining her analytical background with her evolving creative perspective.

Allison first joined Tantrum as an intern during her final quarter of graduate school in 2020 before transitioning into a full-time role. Since joining the agency, she has contributed to creative work for clients across retail, nonprofit, sports, and technology, helping translate strategy into clear, compelling brand identities and digital experiences. In recognition of her range and thoughtful approach, she was promoted to Senior Designer, where she continues to develop projects from concept through execution and ensure each creative decision supports the larger strategic vision. She also teaches at Miami Ad School and participates in student critique panels, sharing her experience with emerging designers.
