
Lindsay Niedringhaus brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and operations, helping organizations build stronger brands and execute marketing initiatives that create measurable impact. Her experience spans higher education, hospitality, retail, nonprofit, and B2B industries, giving her a unique ability to connect big-picture vision with the systems and relationships that bring it to life.
Before joining Tantrum, Lindsay served as Director of Marketing for Furman University and later led marketing initiatives for the Hincapie brands. She eventually transitioned to agency leadership, guiding clients through brand strategy, messaging, marketing operations, and project execution while leading multidisciplinary teams across complex initiatives.
Lindsay is the founder of TealHaus Strategies, an award-winning Greenville-based marketing firm that was acquired by Tantrum, and the founder of HerHaus, a women's community dedicated to meaningful connection, personal growth, and wellness. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a belief that great marketing begins with understanding people—and that the strongest organizations are built through authentic relationships, thoughtful strategy, and operational excellence.

She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Furman University and a master's degree in English Literature from Clemson University.
